Service Description

This FREE online session allows us to meet up and introduce ourselves to each other. It will be your opportunity to tell me about your English language goals and aspirations, your motivation – and your challenges! It will also be my chance to assess your English-speaking skills. You will be able to ask me questions, and decide whether you think I'm the kind of tutor who you'll feel comfortable with. If so, afterwards, you can decide which online conversation options you'd like to choose; or, for committed Healthcare professionals, you can forge ahead and take full advantage of my 10-week English language programme. Please be assured, however, there will be no hard feelings if we decide not to continue any further, whatever the reason. I'm looking forward to meeting you!

Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Cancellation Policy: To cancel, please advise me 24 hours before your lesson is due. I know that last-minute emergencies happen from time to time, so please contact me to advise if you cannot attend. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your booked session, please contact me to rearrange. If I have to cancel or reschedule your lesson last minute, I will similarly try to contact you as soon as possible. Thank you.
